Honourable food at the Schnuggebock
And now we invite you to dine in the «Schnuggebock» restaurant. The Schnuggebock was built in traditional craftsmanship from up to 400-year-old wood from several demolished Appenzell houses. In the true-to-the-original rooms, dining becomes a nostalgic experience. We serve Grosis soup, followed by Chäshörnli and Siedwurst with fine homemade apple sauce.
